Job Description
Client is needing experienced Director of Revenue Cycle candidate. Masters Degree in Business, Finance or Health Care Management required. 8-10 yrs. revenue cycle experience, preferably in a large multi-specialty physician group practice. Payer contracting and billing experience in a complex academic setting. Advanced proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel and other statistical pkgs, as well knowledge of the functions and use of IDX and must be able to construct financial & other reporting models to assess and report performance. Extensive knowledge of physician billing processes, A/R systems, Payer relations and coding compliance. Must be able to work independently and efficiently, manage multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines. Position will report to Chief Operating Officer. Client advised would like 10+ yrs of Revenue Cycle experience as well as 10 yrs of Management experience. Looking for very high caliber individual. Salary commensurate w/ experience: $85k - $140k.
